It's free to join the library and to borrow books.  The library has a wide range of adult and children's titles. 

 

Library membership also gives free access to a wide range of online resources including e-books and magazines.  

 

All libraries in Cumbria have public access PCs with a broadband connection.

 

Every library member is entitled to 2 hours' free PC use per day, and most libraries have free wifi access. 

 

We offer a home delivery service for those who cannot get to a library.

Millom Library has an autism friendly session every Friday 10.00 - 11.30 and extra sessions using the dark den can be booked at other times by appointment.
